Hello, and welcome!

My name is Haleigh Anderson, and I am a mixed media artist based in the Des Moines Metro area.  I specialize in acrylic painting but also frequently work with a variety of other mediums including watercolor, charcoal & graphite drawing, and paper collage.  I welcome all subject matter and do accept commission work.  I have exhibited my work in multiple local shows, including the 2022 Des Moines Arts Festival as an honorary Emerging Iowa Artist.  Prints are available for sale in addition to original pieces.

 I have been painting for 8 years now, but incorporating mixed media into my work is a new interest that has evolved over the past 3 years.  To me, creating is a meditative process and the end result is something that you can come back to over and over again and still find something new to appreciate.  

All work for sale can be custom framed and matted with hanging wire on the back for an additional cost.  Canvas frames are handmade by me.
